We developed a competition-winning new concept for the innovative developer Pocket Housing, in response to their brief for a new range of two-bedroom compact apartments.

Our Pocket Loft concept has been described as a "provocative model for the delivery of an inherently flexible shell and core volume that can be fitted out to suit the bespoke reality of contemporary life. Based around a robust, serviced core, the homes would be tailored to suit the residents both initially, and as their lifestyle (and family size) evolves."
