Thank you to all our wonderful and inspiring clients and collaborators in 2017, for making it a wonderful and fulfilling year.

We started - and completed, in record time - a new look and layout for the foyer at DanceEast; and another super-quick project for the V&A to create the new John Lyon Community Gallery and refurb the Sackler Centre in time for the Exhibition Road Quarter opening. Our refurb of the Groups Entrance at the Science Museum also completed in time for the new school year - ready to welcome the half a million children who use it each year.

We delivered support for community groups preparing crowdfunding bids to Crowdfund London, and facilitated the first stage in the community co-design of the regeneration of the Fosters Estate in Hendon - we're excited to see how this develops in 2018.

Our new-build house in the Shropshire Hills AONB, Cleefold, started on site, and will be finishing this Spring. It's looking fantastic, and we're really excited to see it become a home. And our Hopton Yard housing in Suffolk was shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards.

In the autumn, we won planning permission for the Smith Centre at the Science Museum - our £3.5m conversion of wonderful Victorian Post Office buildings, which will start on site this Spring. And we won the competition for Ely Museum's redevelopment, and have loved working with their team to complete Stage 2 before Christmas.

This year we've also worked pro bono for local charities including Age Concern and MS-UK, to help them assess their development needs. This is in addition to our continued support of Colchester Night Shelter.

Looking forward, 2018 will see us completing our first self-funded development - keep an eye on our website for more details in due course. On a fantastic town centre site in Colchester, it will create a new home for our office, and much more - we're very excited.
