Through Outset's Studiomakers programme, we have worked with a leading light industrial property firm to repurpose some of their under-performing units to new studio space. Menin Works creates 16 large new studios created within an existing light industrial complex in south London.

With the existing shell already benefitting from very high ceilings and excellent daylighting, we used our expertise to advise on the kind of potential tenants whose practice would suit those qualities, and the layout and specification that would best suit their needs.
